Q: What exactly is the Jobsite Mastery Program?

The Jobsite Mastery Program is a hands-on training experience designed to teach aspiring cabinet installers the real skills, techniques, and workflow needed to install cabinets professionally and build a profitable career in the trade.

It includes one full day of intensive jobsite training, the Cabinet Installer Academy Starter Pack, 30 days of direct instructor support, a professional cabinet installer tools list, business setup guidance, and a certificate of completion.

No. This program is designed for all skill levels complete beginners, shop workers transitioning to installation, and self-taught installers looking to refine their systems. We meet you where you are and teach you the professional way to do the work.

The core training is one full day (8–10 hours) of intensive hands-on work on a real, active jobsite. After training, you’ll also receive the Cabinet Installer Academy Starter Pack, along with 30 days of direct instructor support to help you apply what you learned in the real world.

YouTube videos teach you bits and pieces but never give you the complete system. You don’t get hands-on experience, real-world problem solving, workflow systems, business fundamentals, or ongoing support. This program gives you everything you need to work professionally not just fragments of information.

Q: Where does the training take place?

Training takes place on real jobsites across Utah. You’ll work on active professional installations, learning the exact workflow and techniques used on real projects with real timelines.

We welcome out-of-state students who are willing to travel for training. If you’re serious about the program and can make the trip, we’ll make it work. We can provide recommendations for accommodations and logistics.

Training is either small group (2-4 students maximum) or 1-on-1, depending on scheduling and availability. Either way, you receive maximum attention and personalized instruction.

Training dates are scheduled based on availability and active jobsites. Typically, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance. We’ll work with your schedule during the discovery call.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find a new training date based on availability.

Q: What should I bring to training?

You’ll receive a detailed prep email after enrollment. Basic requirements: work clothes, work boots, basic hand tools (if you have them), notebook, water, and lunch. All power tools and specialty equipment are provided.

Training is typically 8-10 hours, depending on the jobsite and scope of work. You’ll be working a full day alongside your instructor on an active installation.

You get 30 days of direct access to your instructor. Text, call, or email with any questions, problems, or guidance you need as you start taking jobs. You’re never left on your own.
